At Realizing Jesus, we are dedicated to helping you build a deeper connection with God through study and prayer. Our goal is to provide you with resources that will guide you on your spiritual journey.
Recommended Reading and Study Guides:
To begin, if you don't have a Bible you need to get one, so you can read the Word. My recommendation is purchasing a Study Bible. Two that I work with are:
Holy Bible Study Edition NKJV (New King James Version)
Harper Study Bible NRSV (New Revised Standard Version)
You can find several different versions of Bibles, choose one that is good for you and easy to understand and work with. Check online sources for other types of Bibles and their availability.
Other helpful resources in your study and growth in the Word:
"All the Names in the Bible" by Thomas Nelson
As it implies it discusses every name mentioned in the Bible. Some commentary is short, others include stories of their accomplishments for God. It gives a nice synopsis for you to build your knowledge on.
"Soul Winner" by Evangelist Michael Hightshoe
A very strong and spiritual guide on how to share God's Word with others. How to talk about Jesus, to share the truth of Jesus and how to bring them into the fold. Hallelujah! michaelhightshoeministries.com
"Let Go to Grow" (pamphlet) by Pastor Emily Waldoch
For a newly saved member of Jesus' flock, this 7 day devotional is inspiring and gives steps to move forward in your journey. www.waldochministries.com
"Jesus Calling" daily devotional by Sarah Young
It gives spiritual guidance every day with 2-3 scriptures to study to improve your knowledge of God and His Word. Check online for availability.
"The Believers Authority" by Reverend Kenneth E Hagin
An inspiring book about taking charge, thru the Holy Spirit, of the authority that Jesus gave us. I've enjoyed this book very much. Check Reverend Hagin out on line for more offerings.

Join, in building your faith
Engage with like-minded individuals who seek a stronger relationship with Jesus. Join in local church groups or online communities that share your spiritual values.
Always seek out revival. Watch and listen to Evangelists, live or thru the internet. If possible live is always better, the presence of the Holy Spirit will be so strong and inspiring.
Don't forget church! Find yourself a church that preaches and teaches the whole gospel. I found my church at The Way Church, Pastor's Joshua and Emily Waldoch. Our Pastors are dynamic and passionate about living a full abundant life with Jesus.

Tiffany is a dynamic speaker filled with the fire of the Holy Spirit. I love her messages, I've seen her live and online. You will never regret following her. Love her, Thank you Jesus.
Michael Hightshoe Ministries
Michael is a wonderful Evangelist. He walks a close walk with God, and shares his ministry in both words and song. He has good insight and teaching for soul winning.

Jonathan has such a strong connection with God, the Holy Spirit pours out of him always. Being in the same room with him fills you with fire and joy, it's amazing. Plus he has a strong sense of humor. Thank you Jesus!

A very strong man of faith. He has an accredited, bachelor degree Bible College. He goes all over the world sharing the power of God. Jesus Christ is alive within him and the Holy Spirit pours thru him always. Thank you Jesus.

Church Fellowship
Find the church, for you, that preaches and teaches the full gospel. Be comfortable in the church, like you have just come home and the community of Christians treat you with kindness and welcoming. Participate in church activities and fellowship events to connect with others who are also seeking a closer relationship with God. Rejoice in the life God opens for you through the sacrifices made by Jesus, for your salvation.
